The staff always greeting you a friendly smile and very helpful. Everyone is professional; knowledgeable.
I have had such horrible experiences with dentists in the past and Southern Roots was so amazing at easing my anxiety and making me feel as comfortable as possible. Technician Shelby was amazing and was so kind and thoughtful and supportive. She explained everything and took everything slow for me so nothing hurt. Dr Louder and staff were a “Godsend”.
I completed an online outreach form at 6 a.m. and someone contacted me at 8 a.m. I was seen the same day at 1 p.m. I was out of there by 2:22 p.m. with an extracted tooth that couldn't be saved. Dr. Lowder was very gentle, informative and patient with me. 10/10..I'm switching my entire family to them. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
