This review is long overdue- I have been going to Jordyn for my vivids (and transition back to standard) since October 2023. She asks specific questions to ensure she achieves the look I am going for and informs me of what she is doing throughout the process of changing/dying my hair. It is fun to learn from her. Jordyn messed up my hair, and I would definitely not recommend her for any vivids if you want them to look good. The hair color is not consistent and is blotchy all over. Areas look as if the color had already been washed out even though it was a fresh dye job. She was going to "attempt" to look into fixing it until I complained to the salon owner. She also raised her prices significantly, then what was quoted when i booked and didn't let me know, i found out from my receipt. Overall, it was a bad experience.
