First time going to Southern Roots but not my first time with Jennifer. I followed Jennifer as a client to this cute, clean shop located just off Pines. Southern Roots was a nice, relaxing, more intimate atmosphere located in a convenient location. You can tell they take pride in their business. Jennifer is meticulous with her craft and she wants to always make sure her customers are taken care. She brings out the best in your hair and you always feel more confident when you leave her chair. Highly recommend!
Jennifer is amazing with her attentive detail for my mother; the deep conditioning treatment she uses does wonders for mom’s hair following cancer.

Toby was one of the first people to not only listen to what I wanted but gave me the words to describe the haircut. She went above and beyond to make sure the highlights looked subtle like I asked but still obvious. My spouse commented that it wasn't blaring like the last time. I would trust her with any style or color.
