Kristian Harrell came to our house when we called Southern Roofing to speak with a representative about a new roof. He and Noah Jones thought we had enough damage to file a claim with our insurance company, but the claim was denied. They worked tirelessly with us to order the roof we needed. We cannot say enough about the team who replaced our roof in 6 hours! They cleaned up afterward and left our yard as it was when they arrived. I am a very happy customer with Rhynne Potts and southern Roofers. I contacted.other companies for estimates and got nothing, not even a follow up. But when I contacted Southern Roofers Rhynne showed up within the hour and started a claim. With my insurance company. But to be disappointed by the insurance company whom I have had over 20 years without them ever have to pay out Rhynme went over and beyond with them. We had our roof replaced on the day before Thanksgiving. Ryne Potts is amazing to work with and was the main reason I chose to go with SR&R. He is dependable and Knowledgeable and guided me through the whole roofing process. I would recommend SR&R to anyone.
