So Ryne Potts is professional and efficient. Up to the point of the roof completion on March 11th .. the company did what they said. I was not happy with the over $20,000 in cost which did not include fixing my daughter’s ceiling damage or hallway damage. So I still have to figure out fixing that myself while paying this $20,000 roof bill. However, initially the roof looked good but when it rained my gutters were hanging bad. I can't even express how they went to bat for me. Way, way beyond what was required and professional and friendly. I had a stroke in the midst of dealing with an unreasonable insurance company. They made calls for me, kept me informed and did stuff I couldn't manage because of health issues. If I had to rate them on 1 to 10, I'd rate them 20. No better experience could have taken place. You'll definitely not be disappointed at all.

From start to finish, Southern did a fantastic job. They had my roof off starting at lunch one day and completed by mid afternoon the next day. Communication was great and our Sales person, Alyssa, was great to work with. Highly recommend and hopefully we won’t need a new roof for years. Thank You Southern.

I received a new roof from Southern Roofing. I am very pleased with the service that I received. Ryne Potts and his crew was very professional and considerate.Everything was great from start to finish. Definitely recommend!
