Not only the kindest most genuine staff you’ll ever meet, but they actually care for you as a person and not the $$$. I got a second opinion appointment after going to Amazing Smiles (on the same road). AS was trying to charge me for $2k worth of work- only to find out it’s NOT necessary. They told me that I had decaying teeth and cavities that I didn’t actually have. But the staff at Southern Rivers was so kind, progressive, gentle, and took me in as one of their own. I’m so happy I made the change to this dentist.
From the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Smith I had a wonderful experience. Professional, kind and patient. They went out of their way to assist me since I am disabled.
There was a time when I phobia level dreaded going to the Dentist office. Not anymore, and I've been going to Southern Rivers Dental for several years!
