I've taken several of our cars here through automatic wash and manual wash over the years. The place is always clean, if I'm there in the morning there is staff there cleaning up and tidying up the areas when the area is not being used by customers. I haven't encountered any issues with the equipment, payment or anything else and our cars have always ended up spotless. The automatic laserwash generally does a fairly decent job. The prices are reasonably expensive. My main issue is that the credit card payment system is totally dodgy - instructions are unclear and I usually have to have a few goes before it accepts payment.
