EDIT: Had a callback from the owner and he explained that the tap tp pay sometimes can drop out. Sent a screenshot showing my charge had not gone through on his end, and should drop off my end in 24 hours. Happy with the follow up even though I still don't have a clean car.
Do not use this dog wash, its cold water !! This is not normally my area, but I had extra time so took my dog on a cold day, thinking it would be like all others- warm water and a hair dryer... water was absolutely freezing..even in summer I wouldnt wash my dog in cold water. Do better
