Brought my very ill cat in last week. Staff and Dr. very kind. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do to help her so I had to put her down. I wanted her cremated. Also wanted a paw print. When I picked up her remains yesterday, there was no paw print. It may not sound like much to most people but I wanted something I could hold and look at. Very upset and disappointed that the office left out that very important service that I requested. They were sorry about it but it's too late for that.
Cannot recommend Southern RI Animal Hospital enough! We drive all the way from Newport because the entire staff is excellent and Dr. Dana is an angel… My dog sees Dr. Dana and even though he’s always sketchy with strangers, Dr. Dana makes him feel much more at ease. We never feel pressured into any treatment and she doesn’t push anything that isn’t necessary, unlike our last vet (private equity owned).
