I had a great experience with Jacob and team at Southern Restoration. They responded quickly, assessed the situation, and got to work with drying and restoring the affected areas.They kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with my insurance, which made things so much easier.
Southern Restoration was AMAZING when we had a hole in our roof during tropical storm Chantel in July 2025. They came out quickly (while juggling multiple Chapel Hill and Durham projects) and did a beautiful job "ripping and tearing" leaving very minimal mess and dust!! I was worried because we had blown in insulation and I know what a mess it can be. The team vacuumed as they cut and the dust was minimal.
