We had a roof fall in our dining room. Southern Restoration came out the next morning and completed their assessment. Shortly after that, they got to work. They have some of the hardest working employees who are very knowledgeable and kind. Our rep, Jeremia was phenomenal! His communication was top tier and he even went above and beyond his scope of work to ensure the home was restored properly. Lisa and Brad were so helpful when we had a bathroom overflow on the second floor of our townhome. We called Southern Restoration and Lisa quickly scheduled an appointment for Brad to inspect our spaces. They worked quickly to have our drywall replaced like nothing ever happened!
