My husband has been waiting for his supplies since October. I ordered them then they said he had to see the doctor, he did and doctor put in an order. I called in Nov, they said we didn't answer their call so they didn't send them. Turns out they still had the wrong phone number that I had corrected twice already. Extremely disorganized billing department.....sent supplies for a year and never billed me above what Medicare paid. Now they are suddenly harassing me for payment. SHOCKED to find that I owe $350 for their plastic junk supplies, over and above what insurance paid. When I asked early on if there were any other charges, the caller simply said I would get a bill if needed.
