Maybe things are getting tight with this economy but withholding results (past the 6 week mark) from my doctor and getting me to come in to see one of their doctors to find out there is nothing conclusive to say about said results is what I would call a bit of a scam. $360 well spent, not to mention the last 6 weeks waiting in limbo.
This clinic doesn't operate well. It's all a bit clunky. I had a sleep study at the clinic a few months ago. A few weeks after the sleep study I had the appointment with the sleep specialist to get my results. I was waiting 1 hour for my appointment. The Dr apologised and said we could get through it quickly. He took 10 minutes, spoke very fast and said I should try a cpap machine. I visited this specialist on 17th of March 2026 for a scheduled 2pm appointment. After waiting for 45mins and stressing to the receptionist that I had to leave to pick my daughter up from school at 3pm, I was finally called in to see the doctor. Initial consultations are apparently scheduled for 45mins and I informed the doctor that I was leaving only to be assured the consultation would be "done quickly" in 10 mins. $350 later for a 10 min consultation, I paid in full and was told I would receive $151.90 under the Medicare ... read more
