I rented a unit through Southern Residential Leasing from March 2020 to June 2021. When I moved in the unit was not clean. There were dead roach carcasses and roach feces in the cabinets as well as in the thermostat box. The bathroom door between the closet and restroom did not fit. The garbage disposal did not work, and the other side of the sink leaked extremely bad. The rings on the stove were disgusting and hadn't been changed.
