We rented a house and when we first arrived we were unloading our groceries and when we opened the refrigerator the refrigerator bins fell out as if whoever placed them in the fridge before us just had them balancing in there. We just placed them on the side and went about our vacation. There was a breaker that was flipped causing the WIFI not to work so we called and they came out to fix it. The WIFI worked for one night. We stayed at Gulf Island condominiums in Navarre… not that impressed. From the time we walked in the door we noticed goldfish and trash on the floor. My baby was crawling on the floor while we unloaded the car, picked him up after 30 mins and this was what his feet looked like from the unswept/unmopped floors. Messaged the host and told them the floors were disgusting and they might want to check with their cleaning staff. My boyfriend ,dog and I traveled 7hrs away. We got to the house use the code no problem everything was good. We left to go get food and groceries. Got back at 9pm door code didn't work. So I call Southern rental and talked with someone and they tried to reset the lock still didn't work. So I was told that they had to have a locksmith come to unlock the door. 3 hrs has passed still no locksmith still locked out . It's 12am now we still in the car waiting for the locksmith at this point I don't think anyone is coming at this p... read more

Southern doesn’t care about you! My husband and my 2 year old daughter stayed at Shipwatch Surf and Yacht Perdido Key, FL. Owner of unit below this condo we rented was rude to say the least. Complained about my 2 year old being too loud and us walking too loud and stated I should be able to control how she walks around and noise level of her, which if anyone has a toddler, you know that is not the case no matter how hard you try. Stayed at Sunset Harbor. Surprised there was only a fitted and top sheet for the pull out sofa bed. Our guest had no blanket, coverlet, comforter, etc...only a sheet! Guest services informed me I was supposed to have brought a blanket for the pull out sofa, that they only provide the sheets. How bizarre! There should be a blanket in the closet for the sofa bed. The code to get into our room was incorrect at check-in. The code to access the dock was also incorrect.
