Company stole my 6 kids first vacation and Christmas gift. Website changed our book dates and we didn’t catch the month it said in confirmation but did in another email that said thanks for your stay. Called to explain the site changed the dates to two days after we booked and we just want to change to the correct dates and they said nothing they could do. They seen we were never there and still didn’t offer to change dates or a refund. So money down the drain.

If I could give service ZERO STARS I would. Do not book with Southern Vacation Rentals!!! They provide no support in resolving any issues. The main access elevators have been shut down during our stay and we were not notified prior to our stay. Had we been notified, we would have chosen a different location. We have disabled people in our party and Southern is telling us there is nothing they can do… no compensation, no relocation. Nothing. The condo was clean except the floors. But other than that we love the location by the beach and if we had a problem they were there to fix it.
Southern Vacation Rentals managed our recent condo in Gulf Shores during our mid June vacation. These guys tried to back charge my CC $100 for 2 lost key fobs. Key fobs were used to gain access to beach area only, separate codes were giving for pool/room access. There was nothing mentioned in the contract or anywhere in the condo that these key fobs were $50 each or how many we should have when we checked in.
