When we arrived the condo was dirty. Dirt piled on the kitchen floor and food smeared on the couch! Word of advice take pictures. The kitchen garbage can was damaged upon arrival and we were just charged for it because we had no proof. Our mistake we didn’t take pictures but felt confident their team would have documented this. Be careful and take time stamped pictures of everything!
We had workers at our bedroom window at 8:30 am 3 out of our 6 day stay. I think that it is ridiculous to have workers right at your bedroom window at 8:30 AM drilling into the wall and be told “nothing we can do.” For three days of our stay we were unable to sleep in or dress in our bedroom. No one seemed to care and we will make sure to leave that as a public review. I have pictures and video of a man literally at my bedroom window that was about 2ft from my bed. Company stole my 6 kids first vacation and Christmas gift. Website changed our book dates and we didn’t catch the month it said in confirmation but did in another email that said thanks for your stay. Called to explain the site changed the dates to two days after we booked and we just want to change to the correct dates and they said nothing they could do. They seen we were never there and still didn’t offer to change dates or a refund. So money down the drain.
