Rented a trencher on Friday and the following Monday was Memorial Day. I only needed it for a couple of hours Saturday, but they are closed on Saturday. .... so I agreed to pay the 224 dollars and bring it back Tuesday . Well, the piece of junk didn't even come with a key and it was so dull , it wouldn't cut even a small root. When I went to load it up Tuesday morning, it would not start. Completely unprofessional. Reserved a rental truck on 12/10/15. When we arrived to pick it up, not only were they unaware of our reservation until after the fact, they didn't have the truck, claiming Fed-Ex had all their trucks. They weren't at all helpful and tried to put all the blame on Budget. Would not do business here again.
