franella southern renovation fence did install the right fence based on contract and we did agree to stain fence because you tryed to get out of paying me . and we did stain fence at a latter date and the reason for delay is because of rain and temp unless the temp is right and fence is dry your wasting your time staining it weve offered to restain fence again but instead you want $ 900.00 on staining
