The deck crew they sent out was TOP Notch - they did an amazing job! The sales and work staff are not people of their word. They speak of things they will do but never follow through. First, they were supposed to get with us on regarding the yard after the deck was completed. Never happened. I called, they said they would call with an appointment. It never happened. Did a wonderful job on my windows, quality product dropped my power bill by alot. I plan on having them do my screen room as well.
