If I could give -10 I would. Saw them int early March and was requesting to get the same medicine I had in Texas. They offer medical marijuna which is a main reason for my selection of SRAC. They kept telling me they didn't have my records even thought they were sent on 2 March. I called for 2 month and 1 more office visit and they still said they didn't have my records! Southern Regional Anestology has the absolute worst billing department. They turned over an account of mine to collections that: 1) was billed to the wrong medical insurance 2) I never received a bill because they were using a billing address from 5 years ago. It should be noted that they are the only entity that sent a bill to my old address. I have severe fibromyalgia pain. Have been on tramadol, for fibromyalgia, for 12 years now. I was referred over to K. Richardson at this office. First thing she did was took my tramadol because I couldn't afford to have x ray's done of my back. She told me to get the x ray's because she couldn't give me tramadol for fibromyalgia. She was so heartless about it. She treated me like a low down, drug addicted, looser. I am trying to get myself off with the pills I have left but I may have to quit my job. I've had numerous procedures by Doctor Walker. He listens and suggest different things to try to eradicate my pain. His nurses, Shelly and Kelly, are phenomenal.
