Me and my husband rent through here, have been renting just over a year. Anytime we have issues with the house they send some right away to fix it. Our A/C Broke over the summer they had someone come out the same day, recently we had a plumbing issue and again the same day someone was there to fix it. This is the second rental company we have been through and as far as fixing things that need to be done they get it done quickly. -Aubrey Shoemaker
