Absolutely disappointed. With such high reviews and friendly staff, what we ended up with was a disorganization disasterpiece. The Project Manager and his crew were given very specific directions on what we wanted, but it took weeks for them to finally start and still get half what we signed a contract for, the other half was just wrong. And we planned to hire them again for several more projects… but not any more. Contractor didn't listen to directions very well... Asked him to cut concrete to install the beam into the ground and concrete it in. Also asked him to leave beans 12" higher than the roof, didn't follow directions. Fence work went well, forgot to nail in a few boards, no biggie... Asked numerous times for additional quotes for other house work, he claims to have lost his paperwork, quotes took weeks to receive... Highly unorganized, would not recommend!!!
Our project manager Trent was extremely pleasant and helpful. We got a patio built from them; he and the team did a great job getting the work completed despite weather turbulence.
