This is actually my second time writing a review. I deleted a one-star review that I wrote a year ago after I'd been trying to make an initial appointment for three weeks. They called me immediately after, so if you're reading this and also having trouble actually getting in touch with them, all ya gotta do is leave a one-star review. I would ignore the unhelpful review about office assistance. For me, the office has always been prompt in responding, scheduling appointments, and getting me needed documentation. The doctors (especially Dr. Lavelle) are knowledgeable, available, and take the time to understand my issues and explain things to me. I feel comfortable and heard here.
