Mike has done great work on our lawn this year. Southern Property Management is dependable, reasonably priced, and does amazing work. My yard comes out great every time they are here—I can’t thank them enough!

I had a great experience before I needed to replace my sod, after we took a break to let the grass grow in unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The landscaper stopped showing up without notice, despite confirming he’d return the following week. When I followed up, I was told my lawn had grown too long—yet there was no attempt to reschedule or even communicate that decision. Reliability and clear communication are basic expectations, and this was a letdown.
Southern Property Management did a wonderful job on my backyard. I had a large cleanup job done and some small trees removed. I’ve also used them for junk removal. Mike is professional, efficient, and has great prices. I will be using them again in the future. 100% recommend!
