I have never left a review but after my experience with Southern property management, specifically the owner lynn Tipton, I felt compelled to do so. I have been a property manager in Georgia for 25 years. I have never had to deal with the likes of a HOA manager such as Lynn Tipton. She is very rude, arrogant, spiteful and hateful. We are so happy with Lynn Tipton and the whole team at SPM. We are a small community (52 houses) and Lynn has always treated us like we are her most important clients. She's very knowledgeable and professional. She is also not afraid to do what it takes to make sure that folks pay their dues and follow the rules.
