Phil Gattuso has been my agent when I both bought and sold my home. He was amazing both times. I could not have asked for a harder worker. I see him all throughout town keeping up on the latest Hattiesburg has to offer. If you want a well researched agent who really listens you can’t ask for better than Phil. I now rent from Southern Property Group and couldn’t be more pleased with how quickly and attentively they respond to all concerns. Amanda is wonderful and always responds promptly.

Seriously? Like, you guys don't like money to the point where you just opt out of answering the phone or emails for days/weeks/months on end? Unprofessional, sloppy, and disgraceful. Thousands of realtors on your right and left, and THIS is how you want to present yourselves? Good luck. Happy travels. And you should probably let the professionals be the ones working in an industry that REQUIRES professionals.

Superb communication, attention to detail and listening skills. Only showed me properties I described in my initial discussion. Quickly found several options and received sound advice on bidding and the negotiation process. The agents at SPG are very knowledgeable and willing to offer counsel when and where needed. Highly recommend!

Tried calling, texting went on Facebook with message. Looking for a realator who will respond to calls and correspondence. Moving to area from KC. So much for southern hospitality.
