I was impressed by Jonathan and Southern Pro. I had a snake in my basement and Jonathan came out quickly and relocated the “little” guy like a pro. Even sealed up the entry way so I don’t have issues in the future. They have my full endorsement.
We heard little "click clack" sounds coming from the attic floor so we called Southern Pro. Jonathan came out fairly quickly and sure enough - we had squirrels going in and out of our attic just making themselves at home! I liked that Jonathan reassured us that he'd only trap the squirrel(s) since I wasn't comfortable with harming them or any other little creature - I just didn't want them in our home lol. Jonathan made this process easy and stands behind his work. Highly recommend this company.
I had birds in the alcoves of my roof and Jonathan had a structured approach in removing the birds, ensuring they cannot regain access, and to repair the damage. We hired Jonathan for Bat Removal in October 2025. He was professional, on time, made us feel confident that the bats are gone, he even came by to eliminate a ground nest of yellow jackets that he noticed. Though he had a hiccup with his CRM software that lead to a delay, he did respond quickly once it was realized and came back to finish the cone removal & sanitization part of the job. He is a man of integrity and works hard to run a solid local business.
