Did a great job on my GMC Duramax.
My wife and myself were staying at a resort in Robert , La. Our truck broke down , being from out of town we didn’t know if a repair shop close by . We were referred by another shop that couldn’t help us , he gave us the name and number of Southern Prime . Called and explained the situation and with no hesitation we were told to come on in for a diagnostic. They went thru every step with us the complete time they weee working on the truck . Great people! Everyone i spoke to in the shop were good honest people and very knowledgeable. Scott gave me a very detailed print off of the diagnostics for my truck to make an informed decision. We were 700+ miles from home and were treated like locals or family. I can't even find a shop like this within 100 miles of home. Can't say enough good about them.
