Wish i could do zero stars. Dude said we had to pay cash and pay extra for a receipt. Instead of a receipt, he sent an upaid invoice. He also said we didnt have to move anything but when ants came back, but i did anyways and when told we still have ants, he said he couldnt access all areas and that there's no warranty on services and we could pay $50 for him to come back out. No warranty of a service is already a red flag but the lying is another level. Shady, sketchy dude.
