I went to view a Nissan Primera GT at Southern Prestige Cars yesterday, and what began as a pleasant exchange slowly became a pushy, guilt-tripping standoff, even after I walked away. I should have taken the £100 "reservation fee" as a red flag and never parted with my money in the first place, turns out it means nothing anyway. Danny called me to offer to sell my car. I told him the lowest price I would accept as I had many calls from dealers and didn't want to waste his or my time. He agreed I wouldn't get 1p less than my price as the buyer pays the commission. He made me send him the service record (I had to get the previous owners record from Italy). So pleased with my car that I purchased on the weekend, I got a great deal! Danny was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The car was moved from Chertsey to Chichester for me to view as I’m located in Portsmouth. Was a quick and easy process. Arrived at 10am, drove home in my new car an hour later. Couldn’t of asked for a better service. Would highly recommend 👍🏼
Great experience dealing with Danny at Souther Prestige Cars. Really good communications and perfect level of detail and advice on the car. Really easy to deal with in terms of the transaction and paperwork etc. Danny really knows his stuff and is obviously super experience in the motor trade. Would definitely recommend and deal with these guys again in the future.
