Southern Premier Roofing installed a new roof on our house and workshop Nov. 18, 2024. In the process of throwing shingles and debris from our roof they broke the gate/messed up the hinges so that the gate with not stay closed with the latch; we've had to zip tie to keep it closed to keep our 3 dogs in. They also broke the concrete cover over the access hole to our septic tank. In talking with them, they agreed to send us a check to partially cover the cost of repairing/replacing these two things.
