I don't know how they got such good reviews. I've worked construction my whole life and this is by far the worst company ever. I was told all kind of magical stories about how good they are and how safe they are, and how much they care about their employees and their time off. I got in thr field and all that went out the window. The foreman has mood swings, refuses to give the safety breaks during the heat that the company calls for. He has little man complex and if you can't be pushed around you will be terminated. Not on t... read more
This is by far the best company I’ve worked for in all my years of electric utility experience! Safety is top priority at this company. It’s like one big family, they take care of their workers. They can be flexible with your work schedule if you have something come up and need time off for it. If you need or want overtime, there are always opportunities for it on their multiple projects. Unlike some jobs, you’ll get great on the job training and off. There is always an opportunity to move up.
