I purchased a new Generac system from SPE in 2021. Since new they have maintained the unit on a yearly basis with the most recent service in 11/2023. The generator developed an oil leak recently and I contacted them to come out to diagnose and repair. Unfortunately I was abruptly told to take a hike and find a new dealer as I was not enrolled in their 'VIP' maintenance program. SPE states their cornerstones are 'quality and customer service' however in my experience that's simply not the case.
