Their systems appear to be designed to collect late fees. They send out an e-mail when you're one day late to assess their late fee but not the day it's due as a friendly reminder. Some of us are very busy and forgetful as we get older. I didn't want to set up autopay until now with a new card as my old one was expiring and didn't want to forget. They really don't care in helping you out, either, and need to work on their customer "service". I wish we had electric supplier options like we do with gas.
One day late because of the post office and they charge $20. This is ridiculous, especially for a customer who has never been late. They need to work on their customer service.
Prompt, courteous service by the crews. They do the best that they can to keep everything going on the farm for us. On occasion they can't get there right away usually due to weather related issues with many other outages. It will be as soon as they can without seeming to be a hindrance. I echo the, if I could give zero stars I would review from another. I am a new customer and even though I called on 2 seperate occasions to first ask about the switch over process at my new property and then to ask where the paperwork they claim to have sent me was, they disconnected my power and are charging me fees for it now. Seems quite fishy considering I never received any mail from them. Bad start to a relationship with a company I'm forced to do business with.
