Zero. Our pool is not even, Specifically, it is sinking. They will not answer our questions nor will they communicate with us regarding our issues. Do not trust this company.
Our experience with Premier Gulf Coast was a nightmare. Construction took almost a year and a half (when we were told 6-12 weeks) and we’re still having problems with our pool that aren’t resolved. The corporate office does nothing to stand by their customers. From the sales person *****and making false promises, to mismanagement on the job site causing costly delays and mistakes, and finally the the finished product leaking and a patio that’s caving in, we’re so disappointed.
If you're looking for a Pool company that knows how to build top-quality pools and understands challenging backyard issues, this is the one!! Cameron and Aaron's team took care of everything and made the building process smooth and headache free! I couldn't be happier with my pool and outdoor environment that they built for me and my family! RECOMMEND THEM ð??¯

Very good experience. Not the cheapest, but for sure one of the best. Very good to work with and deliver exactly what they promise.
