I have nothing bad to say about Southern Pools. They have been amazing from the start. Totally recommened them to anyone getting a pool. I love my pool!!!!
Our new hot tubs lasted about 2 months we purchased from the Johnson City store. Having the water tested at the Morristown store location and everything being ok on March 23 approximately took the cover off the hot tub and I was just dumbfounded as there was black stuff down in the tub coming from behind the Jets and the light in the bottom. I have to say Betty and Merra has all the knowledge about hot tubs. Every question we had was explained and then some! Cory was always there when needed and helped with set up dates and all other questions that I had! Kendra was sooo helpful with chemicals and explaining the process! Dustin was amazing!
