Brenda was so helpful in making our experience a great one. Others were also helpful setting up delivery and getting it ready to use. Thank you Southern Pools and Spas!
They took out footers on my pool deck and didn't put them back in. I haven't been able to use my pool all summer because the deck was not safe. I don't recommend this company.
We worked with Brenda recently to purchase a hot tub. She was extremely helpful and patient with us as first time buyers. Since the installation, she and the rest of the staff at Southern Pools have been great in helping with all the questions regarding water treatment, etc.
I just can’t say enough good things about Brenda and Southern Pools & Spas. Brenda always goes above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need for my Hot Springs spa. She follows up to make sure everything is OK. I am happy to drive to Johnson City when other locations are closer because I know that she will give me superior service.
Jordyn has been so great to work with, she’s been a life saver this year with chemistry issues in our pool. Thank you!
