Generally speaking, everyone at the Kingsport center has been kind and very helpful. When my pump went out, I called for service. My disappointment was having to wait 10 days for someone to come out to look at it. Then I had to wait another 10 days for them to order a pump and come to install it (all because the original person had marked filter and not pump so the service people were not prepared.). The total incompetence of this company is unreal, they will not service correctly. They’ve been out several times to replace the sides, and they keep falling apart. Now the controller and heater went out. I would not trust them to work on my bicycle near the last of hot tub or a pool. Beware you’ve been warned.
I bought pool and had it sunk inground from Southern Pools and Spas (the Kingsport Location) summer 2023 and got my hardscaping and fence through their recommendation. The pool went in relatively quickly. After I filled the pool with water, the water level kept lowering.
