After reviewing several pool contractors I choose Southern Pools for our Pool resurfacing. Our pool was built in 2002 and needed replastering badly. It's been a month since the job has been completed and I am happy to say that we are very happy with the job done by Southern Pools. Our pool is absolutely beautiful! Although 4 years later, I have to agree with the previous negative response. This company caused a leak in our pool and refuses to fix it. We patiently waited over 3 months until we finally had to contact the BBB. She took over 35 days to respond even to them and then LIED. She says they don't fix leaks, but her own paperwork says to contact them within a week and we contacted within 4 days. She has a nasty attitude, is terrible at communicating, and is now a liar.
