Dr Horton is a terrible home builder. The quality of their work is way below standard. They are throwing up track homes as fast as possible. The developer has no idea what they are doing with the design of the community. They lay sidewalks and tear them up the following month. The homes were built on clay so yards are constantly swamps. The HOA has monopolized the internet so you have to pay double for it. The HOA rules are unrealistic.
