My senior citizen mother pays for policy on her water lines from the road to the house, yesterday a plumber found a pipe break, the insurance company contracts through Southern Plumbing and told my mother they would call her back within 4 hours (her water was turned off at the road by the original plumber who found the leak) but Southern Plumbing has yet to return her call, over a day later! We had an unexpected main water line leak outside of our home and it created an urgent replacement situation for us. Dan was able to change his schedule to make our problem a priority. He and his crew showed up on time and did exactly what we asked them do. They were very skilled plumbers and proved to be prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I can't thank them enough for the work they did and we'll definitely try to use them for all of our future plumbing needs!
