The plumbers here are very knowledgeable and the rates are competitive, but the company's communication skills are very lackluster. First communication issue: I called on Friday and was told someone would arrive 8:30am on Monday to investigate a leaky pipe. Once 9:30 rolled around and no one had shown up, I called and apparently "it fell off the schedule somehow". They did then show up by 10:30. Came home to sinks running over and completely clogged after the holidays. Called Southern Plumbing around 9am and someone was at my door before 1pm. Service was super friendly and fast, prices were extremely reasonable! Hope to not need them again, but won't hesitate to use or recommend them!
We’ve been using Southern Plumbing for almost a decade and they are amazing every time. From replacing our aging water heater that had a massive leak many years ago up to today when we returned from our Christmas trip to find one of our outdoor pipes had broken in the freezing weather. We had called them as soon as we got home this afternoon and they were supposed to come by tomorrow at 10am but surprisingly showed up at 6pm tonight and fixed our pipes so we could use our water! Such wonderful, quality service every time!
