Disappointed. I went in and asked for a Delta shower valve. I was given a part that I assumed was Delta, the package has Delta in big bold print. Once installed I noticed the valve doesn’t seat perfectly; got one turn on the chrome ring/nut and when I removed the original it was two full turns on the chrome ring/nut..the valve does work though with no leaks. I then went to the package and started reading all the smaller print. This is not an authentic Delta part, despite paying a premium price. There is NO warranty! I looked... read more
