Was in front of one of the drivers on the interstate for quite awhile, while on the interstate he was maybe a foot or two away from my vehicle at all times. Almost causing an accident on more than one occasion. He is a slightly older guy with a beard, in my opinion he should not be driving. Picture below is his license plate.
