Owning a renovation company means we need supplies on EVERY SINGLE JOB. Having this Navarre location could not be more perfect. It's centrally located in Navarre which is where 95% of our business is makes it easy to get supplies pre-planned or spur of the moment. If they don't have a specific part - they order it and get it asap! Always easy to work with David and Rich. They both are reliable and extremely helpful with everything we ask for. I’m a somewhat handy homeowner and after 4 days of septic issues David and Rich helped me locate the pump I needed and walked me through what I needed to do to install a bushing to make it work. Highly recommend them.
Honestly the best customer service I’ve experienced in years! I’m just a DIYer and I walked in here 10-minutes after they closed looking for a part I needed for a home repair. The associate not only stayed open for me but he took the time to understand the issue I was dealing with, recommend an alternative fix and then go source all the necessary parts. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Don’t ever drive past this place just so you can wonder around a big box store lost with no help.
These guys have helped me more than once.
This location is a staple for plumbers working in the area. It keeps us from having to go back to pensacola for parts. They always have what I need and the guys there are a big help. Been coming here for years
