The Dallas branch is a very poor representation of this company as a whole. I will drive out of my way to Rome or Douglasville to avoid this store. The store manager Jamie Holloman is very rude with anger management issues, and a holier than thou attitude, the previous manager James verbally abused several other employees, and was allowed to keep his position while the ones he verbally assaulted were fired. I ordered a tub from the Rome store and the order was never placed which was going to set me back another week. I called the Dallas store and they don't have a clue about what's going on. The guy in Cartersville actually tried helping. I went to Lowe's and actually bought a nicer tub for less money. At one point southern pipe was good but not anymore.
