Avoid this company at all costs!!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! Tri-Lakes Metro Title Company also operates out of Branson. This company did a closing for us, as a seller, and put the wrong legal description on the buyers documents. We have spent thousands of $$ over 5 years trying to correct this error and this title company refuses to do anything. We are now suing this company in order to get the error corrected.
