great people have a lot of knowledge about the products they sell
A $20 part marked up to $80, ouch 400 percent markup? And that is being generous. I understand overhead, but I could of let my shower drip until the $16 parts came in from Amazon. Then the sale person told the wife it was worn out ribs. Hey sales person, that was the adjuster to keep from getting scalded and had nothing to do with turning off. The reason the cartridge leaked was because of a torn rubber cup inside. Congratulations you just lost a customer..
They are obviously not open to the public, after I spoke with them just passed Friday and they said they were. I drove almost 2.5 hours to this location only to be met with a locked door and a voice recoding that kept looping. I well not be doing Business with this place now or in the future!!!
