My parents have lived here for 25 years and Ive been going to Southern pines during this time. Randy and Tess are top notch in taking care of all your needs, it's a great park with excellent people. I highly recommend this park!!
This has been our winter home for 6 years, and has been the winter home of our parents for over 20 years. We could not imagine wintering anywhere else. There are so many activities that there is something for everyone - from cards, pool, and dominoes to crafts and water exercise. The park is meticulously maintained with beautiful landscaping and facilities. There is a great mix of double wide, single wide, park models and RV lots.

Sister has a home there. Friendly people and a nice quiet community
Nice place, best advice I have is not to pay rent by the year. Paid for the year and left after 1 month. No return of money. Took a hard hit for $4000. Best advise is to pay monthly . Nice park tho.
