The manager also be rude unprofessional, and she really don’t care about the business. I hope the company finds someone that take their job over seriously.
This place really deserves 0 stars, the manager Jerry is rude, disrespectful, and likes to hang up the phone. The staff will try to force you to buy a home and if you dont want to purchase a home they'll basically deny you to be able to lease another home. They literally waited a week before our lease was up to say no. There is Definitely no need to contact corporate because they basically allow the on site manager to make up whatever decision they want to do. ⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience working with Tierra at Southern Pines! She answered all of our questions quickly and made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Update: only been here for two weeks..gunshots around the clock. Truly bothersome to sleep through and received a notice regarding break ins and vandalism in the area…I knew what I knew now, definitely would reconsider our decision to move here…
