There is just one self service tarp machine on the site. Otherwise they don't allow being on the platform. So if you must tarp, either wait until that guy in front of you finished or strap, drive outside and tarp somewhere else. Not even on the huge and empty parking lot "due to safety". Strapping and tarping on a public open road, they think, is much safer. A billion dollar company could buy a couple of platforms.
