Put in four channel drains. Didn't use concrete to secure...used gravel which washed away at first sign of water. Only one channel drain worked. Didn't check the level and had the water running in the wrong direction on one. On the other two he cut into my french drains rather than to gutter tubes. He came back to fix but still wasn't leveling the channel drains. I paid him and asked to leave job so I could call the guys that put in my french drains.
