I deal with 3 power companies. Southern Pine, SMEPA and PRVEPA. I have no problems with the other 2 but Southern Pine consistently manages to disappoint. If you call in, about 80% of the time you'll get this one lady who sounds like she's been sitting on a corn cob all day long. She's very rude and not helpful at all. I notified Southern Pines that they had a big limb laying on top of the power line it took them about 2 to 3 weeks to come out to get to remove the limb. I noticed they cut the lamb and some trees and placed on top of a the telephone tower on the ground so I can't burn the limbs, and they will not send out a chipper or truck to get it up. I haven't had my voice for a month. Because I think some one has tapped into my meter, II turned all my breakers off from my pole. Then how come my meter is still running and why is it when I go from my bedroom window where I càn see my meter to out the front door to the pole it's off or stops.. same with my rawl springs water...
