Management in this place is the worst, the lady that works at the office is incompetent, never solves. So if you want to get upset every day rent here, other wise, save yourselves a headache.

THEY IGNORE MAINTENANCE CALLS, INFESTED WITH ROACHES BC OF NASTY NEIGHBORS, BLACK MOLD COVERED BY PAINT, OLD GYM EQUIPMENT, OUTDATED CLUB & APARTMENTS BUT WANT YOU TO PAY “LUXURY PRICES FOR 1-2 BED CONDOS ! HORRIBLE LEASES IF IT BREAKS YOU PAY FOR APPLIANCES! GO RENT FROM NEW REAL LUXURY Apartments. MAIL BOX NEVER FIXED AFTER YEARS! OLD AIR CONDITIONERS OWNER AVOID TO FIX OR REPLACE !
Great place to live, for too many reasons to list here, but be advised, it is 95ish percent investor owned. Buying in here is difficult. I suspect, many investors, one from Texas that I know of, use it as a tax shelter when their unit[s] don't cash flow. It's pretty much turnkey for an investor. They even take Section 8, another investor perk.
