Great place to live, for too many reasons to list here, but be advised, it is 95ish percent investor owned. Buying in here is difficult. I suspect, many investors, one from Texas that I know of, use it as a tax shelter when their unit[s] don't cash flow. It's pretty much turnkey for an investor. Horrible place I would never want to call home. I was discriminated against by this leasing office and will be following up with my lawyer. They wrongfully accused me of being a felon and I was denied moving in because of it. When I called and explained that they made a mistake, they wouldn't even hear it. They were convinced I was a felon and that was that. They can't even read the court documents that were handed to them. That's discrimination.
